400X magnification Phase Contrast          Image extracted from movies below


I haven't been able to identify this life form as yet.  It is motile and slow moving as you can see in the movies below.
It has (cilia?) or some sort of spikes that "tremble" and are visible in phase contrast but are faint in brightfield.
One end tends to be rounded with the other end sort of ragged. It looks like it grows as some specimens are long and
some short as seen in the photos and movies below.
